I love nature. Nothing compares to the sense of awe when you’ve slogged your way up a steep mountain, and you’re greeted with a vast landscape before you (and a good flask of coffee).

I’ve long been interested in the idea of recreating those landscapes with digital software. There is an immense satisfaction in pushing the limits between realism and surreality, and being in control of every facet of the scenery and light.
